Aging in wood: 6 months in new French oak barrels

Tasting notes: This complex wine has an elegant straw yellow color, tropical fruit and citrus aromas, crowned by a harmonious and persistent taste, which bears the imprint of the terroir from which it is born.

To serve: at 8˚C with Mediterranean-style shrimp or grilled salmon with lemon and butter sauce, or soft and creamy cheeses like Brie or Camembert, which have a creamy texture and a slight buttery taste, or oven-baked chicken with aromatic herbs such as rosemary, thyme, and sage.
